3:73 Richmond Gears
Paid 200 for the gears and what a difference! My car had a 3:27 gear in it from the factory and I went with the 373. I got these listening to the advice of listeners from website forums and their experiance but I wish I went with a higher gear. 390 or 410 would have been better but I am happy with these for now. Maybe next year I will get something higher. The car does take off much better and the response on the highway is nothing short of breathtaking. You can get up to speed so much faster and with so little effort. It also seems to make shifting a much more pleasurable experiance also. Go with the Royal Purple Synthetic 75/90W gear oil. You pay a little more now but it's worth it in the long run. I also added a chrome diff cover for looks.

Custom made 7/8" Intake Spacer
I found that when I started the car and tap the gas, that the throttle response was better than stock. When I took the car out, the midrange power was much better from 3000 RPM on up to about 5200 RPM. I am happy with the few hours that I spent and the for new bolts. Well worth the time and effort for that special someone looking to extract every ounce of power that they can on a budget.
